The FLECOTRIC – Flexible Containment Tri-Clamp – a progressive and clever innovation for powder transfer between containers, bins and processing machinery. By using the FLECOTRIC, in combination with our FDA-approved Fleco-LDPE tube, stainless steel pipe connections become unnecessary.
Eliminating the time and energy spent for expensive cleaning and validating stainless steel pipe systems, our disposable tubing is a clear winner for the environment and your bottom line.
The LDPE-tubular film has a thickness of 0.05 mm which makes it ideal for weighing applications. A sterile version of the FLECOTRIC is also available. The FLECOTRIC even can be used as a blind cover with sight glass.
A further advantage is due to the transparent plastic hose, where the user has visual control of the material flow. With the FLECOTRIC application, a standard Tri-Clamp connection is used. Thus the FLECOTRIC technology can also easily be combined with all other docking and transfer systems.

The tubes are made of LDPE-tubular film and can be customised to best suit out client’s applications. Different transparent foil thicknesses allow for flexible application, according to his requirements for the end user. The FLECOTRIC conforms to FDA standards, as well as GMP and is available in an antistatic version.

1: First, slip the Flecotric outer ring and then the inner ring over the tubing. Then turn the tubing outwards at the end by approx. 5 cm ready to be fixed.

2: Then put the Flecotric inner ring under the turned down tubing and place it so that the turned down end encloses the ring as wrinkle-free as possible and the ring is perpendicular to the tubing.

3: The Flecotric outer ring is now put over the end of the tube until it noticeably catches with the inner ring.
