FLECOZIP^® can be fixed as a discrete component by simple tailoring to nearly all customary LDPE containers, bags, inliners, big bags etc.

The direct connection of a FLECOZIP^® adapter to a tubular film nozzle is a highly attractive special application of the FLECOTRIC technology.

A specific feature of the FLECOZIP^® docking system is that the half-fasteners to be docked can each have different lengths. The half-fasteners connected by means of the slider can only be opened to the opening cross-section of the shortest fastener.

The connection of mobile bags to processing units in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries is a typical application for this technology. For example, starting in the production of active agents, for the weighing from an isolator up to the production of tablets and for the decanting of the completed tablets, there are no limits to this application.

There are most different versions available for self-designed bags. The standard package initially is a straight tubular film, designed to the requested volume, which on one side is tailored with the said FLECOZIP^® half-fastener and the back side is closed by means of a fold over sealing. Depending on the volume required, different diameters of tubular films are selected.

The materials of the pre-tailored bags and adapters are available in different thicknesses and of course have all certificates required in the above mentioned industries. They are FDA and GMP-conforming and are also available in an antistatic version. All units are produced under clean room conditions and remain in this ambience until the final packaging and dispatch. On demand the units can be sterilised before delivery and therefore are suitable for use in the sterile area.
